guys, let me introduce myself. My name is Trinanda Tresna Purnama. I was born
on 5th november 2000. I am a student at Pasundan University. I want to tell
about Youtube, why i choose this theme because i like some about trending in
this era and YouTube is a social media that is quite trending in the
community this year and worthy of disscusion.
What is youtube?all people must know that
social media .YouTube is an American video sharing website headquartered in San
Bruno, California. YouTube allows users to upload, view, rate, share, add to
favorites, report, comment on videos, and subscribe to other users. It offers a
variety of media videos created by users and companies. Available content
includes video clips, TV show clips, music videos, short films and
documentaries, audio recordings, movie trailers, live streaming, and other
content such as video blogging, short original videos, and educational videos.
Most of the content on YouTube is uploaded by individuals, but media
corporations including CBS, BBC, Vevo, and Hulu offer some of their material
through YouTube as part of the YouTube partnership program. Non-registered
users can only watch videos on the site, while registered users are allowed to
upload unlimited amounts of videos and add comments to videos. Videos that are
considered potentially inappropriate are only available to registered users who
claim they are at least 18 years old. YouTube generates ad revenue from Google
AdSense, a program that targets ads according to the content of the site and
viewers.
Most of the videos are free to watch, but there are exceptions,
including subscription-based premium channels, movie rentals, and YouTube
Premium, a subscription service that offers ad-free access to websites and
access to exclusive content created in partnership with existing users. In
February 2017, there are more than hundreds of hours of content uploaded to
YouTube every minute, and one billion hours of content watched on YouTube every
day. As of August 2018, this website is ranked as the second most popular site
in the world, according to Alexa Internet.
Since 2007 i have know youtube, at that time
published video was not interesting and tended to be normal.
But now youtube has increased,published videos are more high quality and
entertaining and many videos are become a trend.
In this era ,the many people can try and create
a channel youtube for get a money or famous but indeed are many people
succesful because of youtube, they can get a lot of money to billions . I think
youtube can continous to grow and give birth to a lot quality of creators and
can improve country of indonesia. I hope indonesian people can create a
creative content for entertain and can compete with forgein creators.
